Salme (village)

updates to Gulripshi and human rights in Abkhazia

i completed a series of updates to several articles within the scope of this project to improve coverage and bring information up to date:
- Gulripshi: updated the infobox image to the historical Smetskoy Sanatorium (Lower Building), which is more representative of the town's history. i also expanded the history and infrastructure sections, including details on the local experimental agricultural stations.
- note on sourcing: regarding the Georgian Encyclopedia, i have noted in the citations that the source reflects a Georgian perspective (e.g., using terms like "occupied"). however, i used the source for neutral, factual data regarding historical infrastructure and agricultural stations.
- Human rights in Abkhazia: performed a major overhaul of the article to incorporate the 2024 Freedom House report. i also integrated scholarly analysis regarding the legacy of the OSCE Mission to Georgia (Stöber, 2011) and updated the section on ethnic Georgians in the Gali district using HRW data.
