My day-to-day work involves navigating FDA's Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER), structuring clinical development pathways for investigational biologics, and advising on healthcare compliance frameworks including the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, HIPAA, and OIG enforcement policy.

- Letters of Protection (LOP) and medical lien structuring in personal injury litigation
Legal Services
[edit]I operate legal support infrastructure for personal injury litigation, including:
- Case intake, lien management, and settlement workflow coordination

Drafts
[edit]
Hello, Optimizedus, I'm Bearcat. Please note that pages in draft space, such as Draft:Andrew Jonathan Hillman are not allowed to be categorized alongside finished articles in mainspace, per WP:DRAFTNOCAT. The page must stay out of any categories so long as it is outside mainspace, and this is not an optional rule that you're free to disregard or ignore.
You can provisionally list categories in your draft without affecting content categories by using one of the methods described here.
As the page has had to be pulled out of categories three times in the past 24 hours, do not readd it to categories again, because draft and sandbox pages are not allowed to be in content categories. Note as well that there can be consequences for disruption if it doesn't stop, such as page protection or deletion and/or the temporary or permanent suspension of your editing privileges. Bearcat (talk) 20:55, 29 May 2026 (UTC)
- I just had to pull the page out of categories for the fourth time, even after having posted the above note to your talk page. Again, drafts cannot be filed in categories, and there will be consequences if there's a fifth time. Bearcat (talk) 17:19, 31 May 2026 (UTC)
- Bearcat, you are correct and I am at fault. I should have caught WP:DRAFTCAT
- before posting. I have just commented out the eight category tags with an
- inline note that they should be uncommented when the draft moves to mainspace.
- That puts the categorization in the right place for the move and stops the
- removal cycle here. My apologies for the wasted cleanup work on your end.
- Thank you for the patience and the four cleanups. Optimizedus (talk) 20:10, 31 May 2026 (UTC)

Hello, I'm Malgosha. I noticed that one or more of your recent contribution attempts have been disallowed by an edit filter as they did not appear constructive. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. If you believe the edit filter disallowance was a false positive, please report it. Feel free to ask for assistance at the Teahouse whenever you like. Thank you. Malgosha 22:37, 1 June 2026 (UTC)
- Hello Malgosha, thank you for the note. The disallowed edits were attempts to remove or contest deletion tags on my draft, Draft:Andrew Jonathan Hillman, which triggered the edit filter. I understand now that the correct process is to post on the draft's talk page rather than edit the notice directly. I appreciate the pointer to the Teahouse. Best, Optimizedus Optimizedus (talk) 22:55, 1 June 2026 (UTC)
- Thanks, I saw the edit filter log and was just giving a note. Malgosha 22:58, 1 June 2026 (UTC)
Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Wikipedia:Edit filter/False positives/Reports. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively, you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant noticeboards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. 45dogs (they/them) (talk page) (contributions) 23:36, 1 June 2026 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:Kevin Pauza
[edit]
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Draft:Kevin Pauza requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia, as it exhibits signs of having been generated by an AI model with no clear human review. Text produced by these applications is prohibited on Wikipedia. For further information, see section G15 of the criteria for speedy deletion.
If you think these signs were incorrectly identified and you assert that you did carefully check the content, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Additionally – if you would like to create an article but find it difficult, please ask for help at the Teahouse. 45dogs (they/them) (talk page) (contributions) 23:36, 1 June 2026 (UTC)

LLM-generated pages with certain obvious signs of being machine generated may be deleted without notice.
These tools are prone to specific issues that violate our policies:
- hallucinations: they often invent false information and cite non-existent references.
- unencyclopedic tone: they tend to be vague, promotional, or essay-like, rather than neutral and factual.
- copyright issues: they may closely paraphrase existing text, leading to copyright violations.
Instead, only summarize in your own words a range of independent, reliable, published sources that discuss the subject.
See the advice page on large language models for more information.- To improve the existing article, please edit it directly at Kevin Pauza. If the article is protected and you cannot edit it, propose your changes on the article's talk page.
- If you are writing about a different subject with the same name, ask the reviewer to rename your draft to distinguish it.

The page User:Optimizedus has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section G15 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it exhibited one or more of the following signs which indicated that the page could only plausibly have been generated by large language models (an "AI chatbot" or other application using such technology) and would have been removed by any reasonable human review:
- Communication intended for the user: This may include collaborative communication (e.g., "Here is your Wikipedia article on..."), knowledge-cutoff disclaimers (e.g., "Up to my last training update ..."), self-insertion (e.g., "as a large language model"), and phrasal templates (e.g., "Smith was born on [Birth Date].")
- Implausible non-existent references: This may include external links that are dead on arrival, ISBNs with invalid checksums, and unresolvable DOIs. Since humans can make typos and links may suffer from link rot, a single example should not be considered definitive. Editors should use additional methods to verify whether a reference truly does not exist.
- Nonsensical citations: This may include citations of incorrect temporality (e.g a source from 2020 being cited for a 2022 event), DOIs that resolve to completely unrelated content (e.g., a paper on a beetle species being cited for a computer science article), and citations that attribute the wrong author or publication.
Text produced by these applications can be unsuitable for an encyclopedia, and output must be carefully checked. Pages created using them that did not undergo human review may be deleted at any time.
Please do not recreate the material without addressing these concerns, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If you think these signs were incorrectly identified and you assert that you did carefully check the content, you may contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you may open a discussion at Wikipedia:Deletion review. Additionally – if you would like to create an article but find creating new encyclopedia content yourself difficult, please share this with other editors at the Teahouse, and they may be able to help. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your legitimate contributions. voorts (talk/contributions) 05:28, 2 June 2026 (UTC)
