[edit]Hello @Meratb!
I noticed that you created a draft of Shidrukh Amirkia-Baqa. You shared a lot of good information, but for it to be accepted in Wikipedia, you need to attribute sources/references to the sentences you've provided - this includes you need sources on her birth date, history, her work experience, her journey in the Faith, etc. throughout the article from secondary sources (like newspapers, articles, etc.).
If you need help with this Wikipedia draft, feel free to reach out on Baha'i Wikiproject's talk page here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Bah%C3%A1%27%C3%AD_Faith
In the meantime, I'd recommend you compile all available sources you can - from government records, newspapers, etc. to help you push this article forward.
Happy editing!

- Thank you so much. I am new to Wikipedia as a contributor and this is my first article. I thought I had it in Draft mode and definitely plan to add more including sources and references. Will appreciate your review once that is ready. Hopefully in the coming days. Meratb (talk) 07:50, 6 August 2026 (UTC)
Hi, Meratb. I've declined your draft as it is missing precisely the sources and inline citations ABehjat's welcome message above suggested you add. Please also carefully read the decline message itself in the red box at the very top of Draft:Shidrukh, especially the links in the first three bullet points. If you have questions about the decline, please feel free to ask at the AfC Help Desk or get live help from experienced editors. If you have other questions, you may ask at the Teahouse or, as linked above, the Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Bahá'í Faith. Thank you, Rotideypoc41352 (talk · contribs) 15:33, 11 August 2026 (UTC)
- Thanks for your review. I understand that additional references and substantiation is needed. Can you please clarify if I should add references inline and below as a new section? I have added links but would help to know what exactly I should add (and how much) to make sure this complies with requirements of Wikipedia. Some of these events go back around 50 years and much of the information is either personal accounts or details in Persian-language. There are many newspaper articles about her and these events but unfortunately behind paywalls and not easily accessible.
- Appreciate it.

- Please cite the references inline, as instructed at WP:REFBEGIN. The goal is to let readers know which sources support the specific sentence, clause, or paragraph of the article. In that vein, please feel free to cite any that are paywalled or in Persian. Personal accounts should probably be avoided or used in limited ways as they are not secondary sources (as ABehjat had mentioned above) Hope that clarifies matters, Rotideypoc41352 (talk · contribs) 13:30, 12 August 2026 (UTC)
- Thank you for your review and very helpful feedback. I have updated the page. Can you please recheck it and let me know. Appreciate it. Meratb (talk) 09:26, 23 September 2026 (UTC)
- Hi, Meratb! I do not formally recheck drafts I have reviewed before. This allows an independent party to check it. They may see more areas for improvement, which I think is to the benefit of the draft. My declining to re-review is a personal preference, and other reviewers may do otherwise.
- I have restored my previous decline. This allows the next reviewer to see that you have been serious about responding to feedback on the draft.
- If you have more questions, please feel free to ask or consult the appropriate forum linked at Wikipedia:Questions. Thank you, Rotideypoc41352 (talk · contribs) 12:09, 23 September 2026 (UTC)
- Perfect, thank you. Hopefully it is ready for review by others. I have tagged it as such but not certain.
- Appreciate your help. Best regards. Meratb (talk) 13:14, 23 September 2026 (UTC)
