Capitalisation of "reflist"

Hi @Robby.is.on. I thought i was going to convert it from a general reference list template to one that's smaller with a sidebar that you can scroll through 😭. because iirc, on arwiki the general reference list is "reflist" and "Reflist" (مراجع) is the one with the sidebar.
