Hi Kyurinsky, i saw this, but on Wiki, all information must be based on reliable sources (RS) and consensus. What exactly are you proposing? Could you please describe your vision here? Regarding your point about related peoples: while some sidebars (like the Circassian or Laz ones) include related groups, we must ensure that adding other Lezgic peoples here is supported by academic sources and does not over-complicate the template. Furthermore, the status of some of these groups is a matter of scholarly debate; for example, groups like the Khaputs, Yerguj, and Jeks (see Shahdagh peoples) are sometimes identified as separate ethnicities, while others classify them collectively as Kryts. Hello Zhuwandi, the edit in question was made on the basis that Aghuls, Archi and some other Lezgic peoples were already included on the previous revision. Other comparable templates such as Georgians and Spanish people templates include both subgroups and languages section which suggests a precedent for inclusion of Lezgic peoples and languages in the Lezgins sidebar through WP:CONSENSUS. Regarding the reliable sources (WP:RS) for related groups and languages Kassian et al. (2015) treats Lezgic languages as a structured set of related languages. Both the study and the example sidebars support the inclusion of Lezgic Languages when reflecting the structure of the branch in a navigational template. As for the Shahdagh peoples, Lezgic peoples page lists them separately from the Kryts people which was the basis of their separation in the sidebar. However, in terms of WP:WEIGHT, it may be more appropriate to include them as dialects of Kryts and not as separate entities. Best regards, Kyurinsky (talk) 11:25, 11 April 2026 (UTC)

I generally agree, but we must avoid POV pushing (like Rutul POV pushing) or disruption. It’s important that these changes don't lead to the artificial fragmentation of the Lezgin people.
