A note on minor edits
[edit]
Hi Infrish 2! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. [edit]Hello! Voting in the 2025 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 1 December 2025. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2025 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:59, 18 November 2025 (UTC)
Organized Labour September Editing Event
[edit]
You're invited to join the Organized Labour community editing event, a cross-wiki event taking place throughout September 2026!
The campaign brings together Wikimedians interested in improving coverage of organised labour, workers, trade unions, and labour history. We have confirmed collaborations with Wikipedia language editions in English, Dutch, Persian, Serbo-Croatian and French. If you want to add other language editions or other wiki projects you are strongly encouraged to do so! This event spans geography and languages!
This is a one-time invitation. You're receiving it because you previously signed a petition related to Wiki Workers United (WWU). We hope you'll join us!

Hi, you are invited to participate in the The Asia-Oceania Destubathon in November. £2000 (about US$ 2,689.54) in prizes, and hoping Wikimedia Australia can contribute some further prizes. We're hoping to see a lot of stub articles improved for both Oceanian and Asian countries. If you are from a country in Oceania or have a keen interest in contributing as you have with the Oceania 10,000 Challenge, it would be great to have you on board. It's a good opportunity to be rewarded for your work on the country/countries you usually contribute on. All of the articles produced for Oceania will be tipped into the big Oceania and Australia challenges in the end anyway. Sign up if interested! Even if not competing for prizes you are welcome to participate in it as an editathon. Thanks.♦ Dr. Blofeld 14:53, 24 September 2026 (UTC)
