An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Bush administration. Reading Beans, Duke of Rivia 10:21, 7 January 2025 (UTC)Speedy deletion nomination of File:MV Limburg on fire, Oct 2002.webp
[edit]
A tag has been placed on File:MV Limburg on fire, Oct 2002.webp requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a non-free file from a commercial source (e.g. Associated Press, Getty Images), where the file itself is not the subject of sourced commentary. If you can explain why the file can be used under the non-free content guidelines, please add the appropriate non-free use tag and rationale.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Whpq (talk) 20:56, 9 January 2025 (UTC)

The file File:Mugshots of 23 al-Qaeda fugitives in Yemen.jpg has been proposed for deletion. The proposed deletion notice added to the file should explain why.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.

Your edits to 2009 United States attacks in Yemen
[edit]Within the past week you have been adding harvnb cites to this article. These cites were in error becaue they cannot find a complete citations - cite book, cite web, etc - to target. Because of this the article is listed at Category:Harv and Sfn no-target errors because of these harv cite issues.
There are presently 18 Harv cite issues in this article and all of them are connected to the Human Rights Watch publication that is listed within the Bibliography but it is throwing Harv errors because it does not have an author. See Template:Sfn#Possible issues for why this is a problem for the Wikicode and see Template:Sfn#No_author_name_in_citation_template on how this issue can be fixed. I am attempting to fix the issue myself by adding a Harvid workaround to the HRW reference itself but am apparently having some computer/Wikipedia/connectivity issues at the moment. Just wanted to let you know. - Shearonink (talk) 03:08, 5 September 2025 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Front entrance of the United States embassy in Sanaa after Sep 2008 attack.webp
[edit]
A tag has been placed on File:Front entrance of the United States embassy in Sanaa after Sep 2008 attack.webp requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia.
REAL 💬 ⬆ 02:17, 23 October 2025 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Dunk of Death.jpg
[edit]
A tag has been placed on File:Dunk of Death.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia.

A barnstar for you!
[edit]| The Editor's Barnstar | |
| For the incredibly well-written lead in your newest GA March 2009 Yemen bombings! Often being the only part of the article readers read in its entirety, making a solid lead is as important as it is useful, and this one is one of the best I've seen on the project! 😀 Extremely well done on the body of the article too; cheers from North Carolina! Good article nominations RfC
[edit]Hi Hsnkn,
There is an ongoing Request for Comment (RfC) at Wikipedia:Good article nominations/August 2026 RfC, which you may be interested in because in the past year, you have nominated or reviewed more than one good article nomination. This message has also been sent to all subscribers to the Good Article Gazette. The RfC contains many proposals (33 at the time of writing), which are split into the following categories: nominators, reviewers, reviews, volunteer roles, reviewing initiatives, and others. However, you are more than welcome to add any proposals of your own that you wish to put to the community.
By the end of September, all the proposals will have been closed by an uninvolved editor, either as a consensus for one of the options or with no consensus. At this point, editors will be invited again to develop these proposals into coherent policy and implement them.
Thank you for your contributions to the good articles project, and I look forward to your input! (in solidarity), JacobTheRox(talk|contributions) 16:02, 11 August 2026 (UTC)

[edit]Heyo. Regarding your recent edits to 2026 Shabwah missile attack when you modified the page, you introduced unknown parameters. Specifying |some_param=some_variable does not always mean that variable will display. The |some_param= needs to be defined in the template in order to work. You can look at the documentation for the template being used, but it is also helpful to use the preview button before saving an edit; this helps find any errors that have been made and ensures that the values added are displaying correctly. Below the edit box is a Show preview button. Pressing this will show what the page will look like without actually saving it. It is highly recommended that editors use this before saving. Note I have likely fixed the error by now so check the history of the page to see how it was fixed. If you have any questions of if I can help explain further, please let me know!
