I added the tone tag because parts of the article do not appear to follow the encyclopedic style. There are a few sections that, to me, read as overly dramatized, emphatic, or narrative, specifically the introduction and parts of History.

There are also issues with formatting, such as the excessive use of quotes (entire paragraphs within quotation marks, even when they do not appear to be copied verbatim from the source text), statements with only one quotation mark ("ingenuity and elbow grease became synonymous with Seabees. / “Pearl Harbour of the Caribbean), and acronyms not explicitly defined at their first use (CB, NCTC, CEC). These make the article unnecessarily difficult to understand, especially for someone without pre-existing knowledge on the topic.

The reason I did not fix this myself is that the article is outside my purview; I believe it would be better handled by someone with experience writing about historical/military topics using Wikipedia's voice. It's also a rather long article, and I simply did not have time to give it sufficient attention. In hindsight, perhaps I should have written a note on the talk page explaining my decision to tag the article, so for full disclosure, I may copy part of this message there.

Lastly, I am aware you’ve written most of the article, and I assure you I meant no offence by adding the tag. If another editor disagrees with my analysis, they are free to remove it.

Howdy! Just wanted to give a heads up, in this edit to Perovskite (structure), you marked a dead link dead by adding a "url-status=dead" to the cite web, which won't display anywhere. For it to be seen you can instead mark it with the template Template:Dead Link or have url-status=dead as well as an archive-url link. More info about url-status can be found in Template:Cite Web#URL.

When adding {{coord}} tags in infoboxes, you've been adding incorrect coordinates by "translating" degrees/minutes/seconds coordinates to decimal coordinates without changing the actual figures; see Bertrand Island Amusement Park and Le Bioscope, for example. Please have a look at WP:GEO to see how d/m/s coordinates should be formatted. Also, when you add a {{coord}} template to an infobox, please remember to delete the corresponding template already at the bottom of the article; an article can't have multiple {{coord}} templates with a "title" display parameter. Unsourced edit on List of Equipment of the Slovak Army

First of all, thank you for following the guidelines and reverting those recent unsourced edits regarding the BOV 8x8 Patria. I believe you did the right thing by reverting changes that were unsourced and that the user provided zero evidence for.

This is just to let you know, I'm not criticizing you, but I will edit the article again as according to multiple sources, (I will cite them in the edits and the article) it is true that the Minister of Defence, Robert Kalinak, managed to negotiate a few extra vehicles there's a difference of opinion whether it was 2,3, or 4, but the important thing is that the army will be receiving these vehicles.

Once again, I want to just thank you for following the guidelines by reverting unsourced changes, even though they may be factual, but due to them being left uncited it was the right thing to do. I simply wanted to let you know so you don't get the idea that multiple people are pushing unsourced information into the article. I hope you're doing well and that you're having an awesome day! :-D As part of my typical and routine duties, I'll often try and visit the user talk page of new WikiEd students who are editing as part of their education assignment, and leave the {{Welcome student}} template on there in order to welcome them to the project. I've noticed that you've been leaving this template for new WikiEd students just like I do, and that you spend some of your time welcoming them to Wikipedia as well! :-) I wanted to message you in order to thank you for doing this, as well as express my sincere appreciation. Out of the many people that create and register a new account on Wikipedia each and every day, I try my best to welcome all of the new users who are here as WikiEd students or instructors. I believe that these users are more likely to become long-term experienced editors on Wikipedia compared to many (if not most) of the others, and I believe that this likelihood increases even more (even if it's just a little) when we reach out and message them in order to make them feel welcome and appreciated around here. :-)

I have a user script that I recently finished writing that you might find to be very useful. Its main purpose is to make welcoming these new WikiEd students a much quicker and easier task to perform: it's called WelcomeNewStudent. After it's installed (instructions are provided on the page I linked you to), the script adds a "Welcome new student" link to your "More" menu, which is displayed while you're currently on the user or user talk page, or within the user space of, another registered account. When activated, it will automatically search for and locate all of the user pages that WikiEd users commonly create, mark them all as 'patrolled' in the system, and leave the {{Welcome student}} template in a new message on the user's talk page (along with your signature) - all with a single click. ;-)

It looks like you're currently not a new page reviewer (meaning that you don't have the necessary permissions in order to mark any pages as 'patrolled'), but this is not required in order to install and use the script! The script will still leave a welcome message on the user talk page of the current account – regardless of what permissions you have (which will save you a lot of time and clicking); it'll just skip the part where it searches for and marks any pages as 'patrolled' in the system. Like I said, you're more than welcome to install and use this script if you'd like to (or if you just want to give it a try and see if you like it); instructions are on the main WelcomeNewStudent script documentation page. Thanks again for spending time with welcoming new WikiEd users onto Wikipedia! First of all, let me say that I appreciate the kind words. I completely agree about the importance of welcoming new editors, and especially WikiEd students. I recently read that the WikiEd program brings in nearly 20% of new English Wiki editors, and although that number is a few years old now, it was still convincing enough for me. If I've helped even one student editor decide to stay with the project long term, I would be very pleased.

Secondly, thank you so much for making and sharing the WelcomeNewStudent script! I've tested it out, and it's a great help. I'd also like to thank you for your own efforts welcoming students, so that, at least for today, this doesn't have to be such a thankless task.

I'm glad you're enjoying the script that I wrote! I'm actually in the middle of testing a new version that I plan to release soon: it has a new feature that's available when you turn on the script's extended features, called "auto". ;-) Instead of having to look at a WikiEd student's user talk page and make sure you're not leaving them a duplicate welcome message after somebody else, you can just run the new version of this script with the "auto" setting. It automatically pulls the content from the current revision of the WikiEd user's talk page, examines it to see if a welcome template (or similar message) has already been left for them, and either skips adding the welcome message if they already have one, or adds the welcome message for you if they don't — completely automatically! ;-) All of the tests I've performed with the new feature have gone extremely well (it has yet to be incorrect), so I'll hopefully be able to release it soon! :-D

In regards to your response above: you're very welcome! I'm always happy to provide input, lend a hand, or assist anyone with anything that they need around here. Correct according to whom? Wikipedia articles are based on reliable sources, not the opinion of any individual editor—and plenty of the sources refer to "South India", "North India", etc. Besides, I'm not the only editor who has reverted your changes—you made a bold edit that others disagreed with, and now you should try to build consensus for the change instead of editing the pages directly.

If you still wish to change the wording in the articles, I recommend that you start a discussion on the relevant talk pages so that other editors can comment.

As a side note, my location has no bearing on my ability to edit pages about other countries, so I'd appreciate if you could focus on the relevant articles and Wikipedia policy rather than personal characteristics.

I reviewed your edit, and it appears that most of the content is still not supported by any sources. The reference you provided only states that the school was previously based "in the stables", but does not mention other claims, such as: the location on campus, the dutch doors (which I'm not sure are notable anyway), or the inscription on the entrance. All of these claims must be supported by reliable sources.

The last sentence, "The seemingly primitive buildings were beloved by film students for the relaxed atmosphere and respite they provided from long hours on production projects, although the equipment and facilities were light-years away from what they have available now" seems to violate WP:NPOV, and should probably be removed entirely.

Lastly, you added the reference as a bare url—which is not ideal, as they are vulnerable to link rot. Please see Help:Referencing for beginners and use inline citations to make it clear which claims are supported by which sources. You are encouraged to add as many references as needed, as long as they are based on reliable sources.

Hi - I have added the other reference I can find. I have had to use ChatGPT to find these referenceces—no one talks about the old film school building, the stables.

I will come back as soon as I can to learn more about inline citations etc. but I have to go for now.

I reviewed the new source, and it doesn't seem to sufficiently support the content either. Please remember that every fact/claim in the article must be supported by a reliable source, which is why inline citations are important—otherwise, readers (and other editors, such as myself) cannot tell where each claim is coming from.

You should also be aware that the new source is a self-published source, which have additional considerations regarding their use. In this case, however, it may be appropriate since the author appears to be an expert on the topic.

In any case, in its current state, it may be better to remove the paragraph and just keep one sentence about the school previously being located in the stables, since that seems to be the only claim supported by the references.

This is an LTA called Salebot1 who's recent behaviour involves adding ` at the top of random pages. Their usernames usually have a number at the end of it and are usually created in batches. I only reverted your edits because they added content without sources and deleted referenced content without explanation. Some of them also had misleading edit summaries, which made it harder to review the validity of the changes. I encourage you to continue improving the article, just keep in mind Wikipedia's policy on verifiability and try to follow the Manual of Style.

Unfortunately I was unable to find a pdf of the book you cited, so I can't comment on whether it supports the text. In general though, published books are a much more reliable source than blogs etc. I edited the text slightly just to ensure a neutral point of view / encyclopedic tone, but it looks good! I will add the ISBN but there seems to be a delay this morning.

The book is actually copyright by USC School of Cinematic Arts. It seemed strange to me that there were not the usual publisher pages in the front, but it is all inn the back.
