Dear @AirshipJungleman29: thank you for your review of the article. You mention here that it reads promotional. I have reviewed it, and I think these could be the sticking points:

• "HRNK has become one of the leading institutions dedicated exclusively to..."
• "HRNK’s research has become a significant reference point for governments and multilateral institutions..."
• ...underscoring the ways HRNK’s research contributes to international legal debates on accountability."

I believe these to be true, sourced statements. At the same time I understand how they could sound promotional. I have gone ahead and removed them.

There was also a paragraph in the lead section that started with "HRNK’s research has become a significant reference point for governments and multilateral institutions..." and went on to mention specific (sourced) facts of when the UN and the US Government's reports used the research from the organization. I am torn about what to do with this paragraph, as I think it includes factual, helpful context that speaks to the notability and value of the reports. However, also to err on the side of caution, I have removed it.

Also at one point in the middle of the article it said "Among HRNK’s most influential works..." which I have changed to "Among HRNK’s most notable works..."

I have also improved the citations.

Is there anything else that concerns you regarding promotional-sounding language? I had been careful to source every assertion, but some of the language, especially the above, could indeed sound promotional and I am happy to make improvements. Thank you again for your review. To be honest, I am struggling to understand how a second article on the bibliography is needed or notable. The main article is only 1,700 words of prose long; we usually start looking at splitting at around 9,000. Why can’t it just be included there, or should it be included at all? Wikipedia is not a database, nor do we include information just because it is true. Has HRNK’s output been discussed in detail as a set by independent reliable sources? ~~ AirshipJungleman29 (talk) 18:09, 31 August 2025 (UTC)

@AirshipJungleman29: Actually, bringing this draft into the main article about the organization would be just fine. Just yesterday I shortened a part of the article on the organization (section formerly called Major conferences, per the talk page), since I thought the section was bloated and also non-compliant with Wikipedia policies (i.e: it embedded URLs to outside websites). The result of that section is better, but not perfect. That article needs much more improvements. Bringing this bibligroaphy draft into it I think could go towards improving the overall quality of that one article. AlbertBF-WIR (talk) 18:37, 31 August 2025 (UTC)
