The Article Rescue Barnstar
It's only fair that I give you a reciprocal barnstar for saving Beyond Words (video game) from certain deletion. I like board game and word game-style video games, and might play this one sometime, so it's extra neat. ᴢxᴄᴠʙɴᴍ (ᴛ) 19:28, 16 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
I've played the demo of this one and I think the Digitally Downloaded and Siliconera reviews capture my feelings. It's shamelessly unoriginal and conceptually it shouldn't work, but the gameplay actually does work, it's fun but don't go in expecting brilliance. ~ A412talk!19:36, 16 May 2026 (UTC)Reply

Hello, excuse me i’d like to discuss the issue you raised with the Belz Factory Outlet Mall (Allen, Texas) page. I know it was clean, but I mentioned it in the forum, and you didn't reply. So, I said I created the page, and if there's a problem, you write or edit it yourself. The page was clean and well-sourced; please explain what's wrong.
Here are a couple better sources to get you started: . Feel free to hit "Submit for Review" on your draft once you've added in some better sources. ~ A412talk!16:56, 19 May 2026 (UTC)Reply

I am contacting you because you previously voted in elections related to the Universal Code of Conduct Coordinating Committee (U4C). You may be eligible to vote in the current U4C election, which is open now and closes on 2 June 2026. You can find out more about the candidates and the election on the election page on Meta, and from there you can access the vote itself. Your participation in these elections is important to the governance of Wikimedia communities, and your time spent learning about the candidates and voting is appreciated.

Thanks for reviewing the article! I noticed that in this edit, you linked to Lithium-ion battery in the lede of the Lithium-ion battery components article. I had intentionally not done this, since the lede of the components article is transcluded in the 'parent', and so now there is a circular link in the Components section of the parent. I was wondering, was you edit done with this in mind? I agree the link would be useful to have in the child, but I don't know how to prevent it from showing in the parent. Greetings A, many thanks for reviewing Mount Zas earlier this week.
Since your initial review, I’ve attempted to improve the reliability of the sourcing. (Namely, more reputable citations for the elevation, and mythology section).
If you have time, would you be able to assess whether the sources now meet Wikipedia's reliability guidelines, or if more work is needed? The article is still a stub; I have asked Wikiproject Greece if they can help expand, as it is not my area of expertise.

On 30 June 2026, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Black Swan (musical), which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that the musical adaptation of Black Swan rewrote the character of Thomas LeRoy as a woman to avoid writing a #MeToo story? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Black Swan (musical). You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Black Swan (musical)), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to nominate it.

May I disagree with the new box on this page, asking for more secondary/tertiary sources? I have modelled this page (and the ones of the previous BBTA award years) on other British Awards, like the Olivier Awards and Whatsonstage Awards, where yearly awards are presented very similarly. As they're a list of awards nominees and winners no secondary nor tertiary sources are provided for either of them. Musicalge3k5 (talk) 18:52, 4 July 2026 (UTC)Reply

You removed the whole article and made it redirect to the Skibidi Toilet series in general. Why tho? Did it have any wrong syntax, or not enough citations? I cited almost everything that was needed i think. Also there isn't any article for the specific subject, and it's not like it's something irrelevant. I have seen many characters and fictional species from other media get articles too, so why can't this?
Thanks, also I'm new to this whole editing thing so I don't know much, it's just that this one seemed weird to me, as it provided most stuff, and also comes from a pretty popular web-series Zisimox32 (talk) 23:12, 11 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
@Zisimox32, the article had a couple problems. The main problem is sourcing. The general bar for independent articles on fictional elements is that you should be able to show that they've been specifically discussed at length in independent, reliable sources. This isn't the case. Your two sources that aren't the series itself are , which doesn't say anything about the Cameramen beyond "an ongoing collection of shorts that chronicles a war between Skibidi Toilets and the combined forces of the Cameramen and Speakermen.", and , which only says "people whose heads consist of such hardware items as cameras, speakers and televisions" and "The characters are made up of assets from the classic video games Half-Life 2 and Counter-Strike: Source." Three sentences just isn't enough to base an article on. The other thing is that this article didn't really say anything that isn't already said at Skibidi Toilet, and the information is better in context. ~ A412talk!14:10, 12 July 2026 (UTC)Reply

Hi A412,
There is an ongoing Request for Comment (RfC) at Wikipedia:Good article nominations/August 2026 RfC, which you may be interested in because in the past year, you have nominated or reviewed more than one good article nomination. This message has also been sent to all subscribers to the Good Article Gazette. The RfC contains many proposals (33 at the time of writing), which are split into the following categories: nominators, reviewers, reviews, volunteer roles, reviewing initiatives, and others. However, you are more than welcome to add any proposals of your own that you wish to put to the community.
By the end of September, all the proposals will have been closed by an uninvolved editor, either as a consensus for one of the options or with no consensus. At this point, editors will be invited again to develop these proposals into coherent policy and implement them.

Hi A412, Thank you for your comments about my article (Reza Pishghadam). These are the steps I took to address the points you raised. First, I removed some parts to avoid it looking like a resume: "education", "workplace", "occupation", and "known for" were removed from the infobox. Second, not to be promotional Google Scholar, SCOPUS, and Orchid ID, were removed from Wikidata and also from categories, Iranian Academic Bio Stubs were deleted. Third, I should mention that all references were selected from reliable sources, and none are promotional. The point is that the first reviewer asked me to include as many reliable, verifiable sources as possible to document my claims. That is why the number of references has increased. Any removal can damage the verifiability principle. Thank you once more for helping me clean up the article. Shima eb1447 (talk) 06:27, 26 August 2026 (UTC)Reply

This edit is against consensus. I also didn't see the summary because you failed to ping me. I'm now going to have to undo the update I merge requested to Cite Unseen as a result of your reversion. In future, please discuss reversions with the editor who you are reverting, before going ahead with it unilaterally. 11WB💬17:04, 27 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
We can agree to disagree on reversion notification, but please do reply at the WT:VG/S thread. The worst outcome here is having another inconclusive discussion. ~ A412talk!17:15, 27 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
I wasn't in a great mood anyway this afternoon, and this has thrown a spanner in the works. I'm rather annoyed at the moment, so respectfully, I am not going to be doing anything further on Wikipedia today. The February discussion was not inconclusive, despite your decision to reverse the edit I made. There is a process to things, and in this instance, you failed to ping or discuss the issue with me beforehand, which is pretty disrespectful to say the least. A new consensus can be found at VG/S without me needing to comment there. 11WB💬17:19, 27 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
I've had a couple of days to reflect on this. I was not very happy that afternoon due to external factors. Whilst I'm unhappy part of my work was undone and my opinion effectively discounted, there is no issue with starting another discussion to form an unquestionable consensus. I failed to AGF on this occasion, so I owe an apology for that. 11WB💬02:26, 30 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
I saw you vanished. If you see this, I'll let you know that I (and hopefully everyone else) appreciated your work on curating WP:VG/S and the Cite Unseen lists. ~ A412talk!15:23, 2 September 2026 (UTC)Reply

I notice that you gave Toddaid a C grade as if the article was rather a poor one. Surely it is better than that? Hi A412, thanks for reviewing the draft and for saying why you declined it rather than just tagging it.
I have resubmitted, so I want to be upfront about what I did and did not change.
What I changed is the sourcing. I went back through the citations one at a time and found real errors:
The sentence about the skin-regeneration cream was cited to an Asia Daily article that supports none of it — no PDRN, no nickname, no sellout. The claim actually comes from the Asia Business Daily piece already cited elsewhere in the draft. I moved the citation and dropped the product name entirely, since naming it added nothing but promotional tone.
"70% of medical spending occurs at pharmacies" was wrong. The source says seven of every ten medical transactions, not 70% of spending. By value pharmacies are 12.7%, behind dermatology at 54.9%. Fixed and re-cited.
The 1,176.9% figure in the Busan section is a nationwide BC Card figure in the source, not a Busan one, and it duplicated the figure already given under Background. Removed.
The claim that English-language media drops the "K-" prefix was unsourced, and wrong — Cosmetics Business runs "K-pharmacy" as a named trend. Corrected and cited.
Added an English-language source (The Star, syndicating The Korea Herald) so the article no longer rests entirely on Korean-language reporting.
What I have not changed is the prose, which is what you actually declined it for. I am not a native English speaker, and this draft began as a translation of ko:K약국, which I wrote from Korean sources. I suspect the flat, uniform register that comes out of translating that way is a large part of what reads as machine-generated to you.
Could you point me at specific passages? I would rather rewrite the sections you name than guess at it. And if you think particular sections should be cut rather than rewritten, say so and I will cut them. Karen423 (talk) 12:30, 31 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
I'm frankly unconvinced you didn't use an LLM to write this comment. If you're not a native English speaker, that you're producing English of professional quality but unable to recognize hallmark vocabulary and structure of machine-generated text is itself suspicious. You'd be best off waiting for another AfC reviewer to review your draft, so you can get a fresh opinion. ~ A412talk!04:51, 2 September 2026 (UTC)Reply

Hi A412,
Regarding the recent review on the Gigamon drfat, wanted to highlight that Reference 1 is a 4-page entry from the International Directory of Company Histories (Vol. 199, pp. 209–213, St. James Press/Gale).
This independent, peer-reviewed directory entry was not present during the prior AfD debate. It provides the deep secondary coverage required under WP:NCORP, covering their founding, international expansion, 2013 IPO, and 2017 buyout. All press releases and primary SEC filings have been removed. Much appreciated! ~2026-41919-47 (talk) 17:13, 2 September 2026 (UTC)Reply
The profile for "Gigamon Inc." runs across pages 209–213 (catalog pages 228–232). You can also search "Gigamon" inside the text viewer to pull up the full 4-page entry directly. The underlying reference is a published print book from St. James Press (Gale)
Title: International Directory of Company Histories, Vol. 199 (pp. 209–213)
Publisher: St. James Press / Gale (2018)
ISBN: 978-1-4103-8106-4 | OCLC: 1043513360
If Internet Archive borrowing is inconvenient, the full entry is accessible digitally through Gale eBooks / Gale Directory Library via The Wikipedia Library, or in print via WorldCat.

Hi A412, I came across this article you reviewed after reviewing another article by the same author and investigating a potential COI. I've PROD'd the article as it's a touch shy of G11. It's puffed up and promotional and lacks independent reliable sourcing, the sourcing here is very poor particularly as WP:BROADWAYWORLD is unreliable. —BrechtBro(talk)23:20, 2 September 2026 (UTC)Reply

Hi A412, I saw that you initated the merge of the Grand Tour (2026) with List of The Grand Tour episodes. From the reasons you provided in the request I agree it should be merged. However Amazon has listed the show as Series 1 and as a brand new show on their website (just using the same name), trying to distance the show (as it is effectively a reboot) from the previous series. The new page in it's current state needs to be merged as the information is generic based on other sources and press material. The page should be written differently and to allow recreation in future as it's inaccurate that the current Grand Tour page lists it under Series 7 with new hosts as Amazon shows the new presenting line-up as Series 1 of a new show. Thanks Jay330 (talk) 10:51, 6 September 2026 (UTC)Reply
That sounds reasonable. My recommendation is that the pragmatic thing to do is to develop the new text as a section at the combined episode list based on solid post-release sources, and then WP:SPLIT it when it's ready. ~ A412talk!14:53, 6 September 2026 (UTC)Reply
Hi again A412,
I completed the merger at request of the decision but shortly after it was re-edited and new content added. This is my first time merging two pages and unsure about how to stop this from happening moving forward. I've readded the merge request to the top of the The Grand Tour (2026) page for the time-being Jay330 (talk) 02:54, 11 September 2026 (UTC)Reply
Hi, generally new page reviewers do not review pages on request. There are over 25,000 articles in the backlog and doing so encourages people to jump the queue. ~ A412talk!17:09, 9 September 2026 (UTC)Reply

Hey, I noticed you removed the citation needed for the iron nests' gun being sourced from that ship? I've played through the game myself and I don't believe it is said anywhere, hence I added the request for a citation as a developer could've said it outside the game somewhere. Would I have been better off just removing it outright for not being stated in the game? Thanks Myeditswhom (talk) 23:56, 29 September 2026 (UTC)Reply
Yeah, if you believe it's factually inaccurate I would advise removing it. Plot is an admittedly odd corner of verifiability on Wikipedia, where we generally trust that the plot details editors add are verifiable to the media itself (see WP:PLOTREF for guidance). But if it's just not in there, then feel free to remove it. ~ A412talk!00:32, 30 September 2026 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for choosing to run in the October 2026 administrator elections. This bulletin contains some important information about the next stages of the election process.
As a reminder, the schedule of the election is:
October 6–7: Housekeeping phase (we are here)
October 8–12: Discussion phase
October 13–19: SecurePoll voting phase
Scrutineering phase
All times are in UTC. The first date in the range starts at 00:00, and the last date in the range ends at 23:59. So for example, the Discussion phase opens on 8 October 2026 at 00:00 UTC, and ends on 12 October 2026 at 23:59 UTC.
We are currently in the Housekeeping phase. Your candidate subpage will remain closed to questions and discussion. However, this is an excellent opportunity for you to recruit nominators (if you want them) and have them place their nomination statements, and a good time for you to answer the standard three questions, if you have not done so already. We recommend you spend this phase getting your candidate page polished and ready for the next phase.
The discussion phase will take place from October 8–12. Your candidate subpage will open to the public and they will be permitted to discuss you and ask you formal questions, in the same style as a request for adminship (RfA). You are strongly encouraged to be around on those dates to answer the formal questions in a timely manner.
On 13 Oct, we will start the voting phase. The candidate subpages will close to public questions and discussion, and everyone will have a week to use the SecurePoll software to vote, which uses a secret ballot. Anyone can see who has voted, but not who they voted for. You are permitted and encouraged to vote in the election, including voting for yourself. Please note that the vote totals cannot be made public until after voting has ended and as such, it will not be possible for you to see your vote total during the election.
Once voting concludes, we will begin the scrutineering phase, which does not have an exact end date, but typically takes a few days to a week. Once everything is certified, the results will be posted on the results page (you may want to watchlist this page) and transcluded to the main election page. In order to be granted adminship, you must receive at least 70% support, calculated as support ÷ (support + oppose), and must also have received a minimum of 20 support votes. Because this is a vote and not a consensus, there are no bureaucrat discussions ("'crat chats").
Any questions or issues can be asked on the election talk page. Thank you for your participation as a candidate, and best of luck.
You're receiving this message because you are a candidate in the October 2026 administrator elections.
