This user is taking a wikibreak and may be away or inactive for varying periods of time.
However, 7amithorn will sometimes get the chance to edit, so he may respond quicker and edit more than those who are on a regular wikibreak.
He will be back on Wikipedia when university is over.
Welcome to 7amithorn's talk page.
I will generally respond here to comments that are posted here, rather than replying via your talk page (or the article's talk page, if you are writing to me here about an article), so you may want to watch this page until you are responded to, or let me know where specifically you'd prefer the reply.
This user does not mind criticism. Feel free to let him know if he did something wrong.
This user is a regular and doesn't mind if you template him.
This user is still learning the ropes on how to use Wikipedia, so he may have multiple errors in edits.

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Siege of Malta (1429), a link pointing to the disambiguation page Berber was added. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ• Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Hello, I'm Qwerfjkl (bot). I have automatically detected that this edit performed by you, on the page Skrilla, may have introduced referencing errors. They are as follows:
A dates error. References show this error when one of the date-containing parameters is incorrectly formatted. Please edit the article to correct the date and ensure it is formatted to follow the Wikipedia Manual of Style's guidance on dates. (Fix | Ask for help)
It's just a friendly way of saying that Wikipedia is not a forum or social media, but an encyclopedia, and while community is a huge part of that, we still have to work on improving the 'Pedia. 7amiþsolidarity|talk|stats00:45, 1 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
Looking at your contribution history and how quickly you have grasped the internal workings of Wikipedia, as well as your valuable input at the TWAFI discussion & RfC, I feel you deserve this very much. Ilov3gam3z (talk) 23:21, 4 July 2026 (UTC)Reply

Congratulations, 7amithorn! Your nomination of 331: Photoshops for a week in September 2026 was successful! The explanation is now featured as This Week's Explanation for Improvement on the Main Page and in the site-wide banner for the next seven days and your username is credited in the TWEFI notice above the discussion section for the comic.
Thank you for taking the time to spot the explanation and make the case for it. If you have a moment, please consider keeping things going! You can nominate another explanation that you think could use some attention or comment on the current nominations to help the community decide what gets featured next. Thank you!
I was supposed to copy-paste this right after promoting the comic, but had to leave the computer unexpectedly. Since you're helping out with TWEFIahem, TWAFI on enwiki as well, I thought I'd place it into this talk page! FaviFake (talk) 21:28, 6 September 2026 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I would like to add my own photos of the Milky Way galaxy to Wikipedia please, if I could get some help, that would be awesome --StarMatics (talk) 04:22, 5 October 2026 (UTC)Reply
This is an example, click edit and scroll down to see the code used to make this. Hello StarMatics, and welcome to Wikipedia! The basic guide to uploading files can be found at WP:Uploading images. Essentially, you use the Wikipedia:File upload wizard, which should guide you along all the steps. The policy for using images is at the aptly named Wikipedia:Image use policy; since you said you took them yourself, that should be fine for use. Once the file's up and loaded, you simply have to add it to an article, as described at Help:Pictures. Happy wikiediting, 7amiþ = reform(solidarity).__init__(t, c)04:56, 5 October 2026 (UTC)Reply
Question from Dawnette04 on 2026 (19:23, 6 October 2026)
Hi-a @Naturearttherapy, I assume you mean the draft sitting at your userpage. You shouldn't place page drafts on your userpage; that's where other users will go to learn about you. I've moved the page to Draft:Pamela Lowell. When you're ready to submit it for review, go to the page and hit Submit the draft for review!7amiþ = reform(solidarity).__init__(t, c)01:13, 7 October 2026 (UTC)Reply
You are currently editing under an account with that name. Wikipedia doesn't allow accounts that are simply organization names (WP:ISU), since accounts are for one user, and one user only (hence the message on your talk page). Does the organization want an account, and if so, why? 7amiþ = reform(solidarity).__init__(t, c)03:26, 11 October 2026 (UTC)Reply

hello! if I am trying to update an author's publications to include a new book that in previous iterations was an article do I remove the article and put the book or do I list it as a new publication? --One small wasp (talk) 12:38, 14 October 2026 (UTC)Reply
thank you for the reply! I'm not able to access the article because it's in a private academic database but from what I can tell it is much more brief and even the title is different. I'm just wondering if all the other listed publications are books, does it make sense to leave the article listed as a publication? I'm assuming it's not the only article this writer has written and that makes me think it might be out of place in this section of the wikipedia page. Let me know what you think. Hello @Ye74, and welcome to Wikipedia. I'm not quite sure what you're asking, but if you mean how St. Vincent de Paul died, I'm not sure — the article on him doesn't specify, and a search through the sources I have on hand doesn't specify either. I suppose there was no record of how he died, though my guess which should be taken with a grain of salt would be of old age. 7amiþ = reform(solidarity).__init__(t, c)21:11, 15 October 2026 (UTC)Reply
@NJM77 Hi, and welcome to Wikipedia! Almost all the time, the answer is no, edits load in as soon as they are made. The only exception is something called pending changes protection, which prevents edits by newer editors to appear until approved. (It's a way to prevent vandalism.) However, whether or not an edit stays is a different question, and depends on much more, like edit quality, page views, etc. Hope that helps! 7amiþ = reform(solidarity).__init__(t, c) # Leave a talkback, TWAfI's wild rn20:49, 30 October 2026 (UTC)Reply
