Hello, I'm Alice :3! (English: /ˈælɪs/, Swedish: [ˈǎlːɪs])

I'm mainly interested in linguistics, especially phonology, phonetics and historical linguistics. I'm especially interested in the Germanic Languages, both the modern spoken languages today, as well as their historical predecessors. at the moment I am mostly interested in: Old Norse, Icelandic, Faroese, Danish, Swedish, and Old English. I am currently learning, or trying to learn, Icelandic!

Sometimes I edit pages about linguistics, or rarely other pages; I sometimes add/change Swedish IPA transcriptions on Wikipedia pages.

I am more active on Wiktionary, where i add or edit mainly Swedish entries; most edits are adding phonemic IPA pronunciation. I use Wiktionary to look up English, as well as some other languages', words' definitions and pronunciation regularly.
