- ↑ Incidentally, the town of Yefremov, in a suburban part of the Russian Federation, is significant to me in one other way: I first learned of it as the site of the Masha Moskalyova case (whose article I have edited), an incident during the war with Ukraine in which a Russian schoolgirl's drawing caused her father to be arrested, imprisoned, and released. I myself made a series of videos about the case, which I believe is the most detailed description of this strange case in the whole English language.[1]
