About me

[edit]

I am an editor specialising in sports and esports, with a particular focus on ensuring that developing areas such as esports are represented with accurate, balanced and well-sourced coverage. My work emphasises strengthening documentation of the Welsh esports ecosystem while also contributing across a broad range of topics.

Editing focus

[edit]

My contributions are centred on expanding, restructuring, and connecting articles so that emerging subjects are covered with the same rigour as more established fields. I place particular importance on verifiability, neutrality, and the use of independent sources, aiming to build content that will remain reliable as these topics continue to grow.

Wikipedia involvement

[edit]

I contribute to the Esports Task Force (part of WikiProject Video Games), working on pages related to players, teams, leagues, and governing bodies.

This user is a participant in the
esports task force.

Approach

[edit]

I view Wikipedia as a global, collaborative effort that depends on people contributing their knowledge to build a shared and reliable record. My contributions prioritise accuracy and verifiability, and I work in line with community consensus. I support and defend articles in areas where I have expertise, which includes improving accuracy, recommending moves, merges, or deletions when appropriate, and ensuring information remains informative for those who rely on Wikipedia as a knowledge base. While I focus on strengthening coverage of esports in Wales, I also work across a wide range of topics where careful sourcing and balance can improve the encyclopaedia.
