Vinit Sharma is an alumnus of Army Institute of Technology, Pune 2013 batch of The Department of Computer Engineering. Apart from being the event head of the award winning Street-Play event for his branch, he has also worked in the field of media as the Actor, Script Writer and Visual Effects Editor in the award winning movie at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune.

He has been associated with water sports since childhood. He had represented the state of Andhra Pradesh(now Telangana) in the National Rowing Championship in Single and Double Scull races. He has also been associated with Director and Writer Zainul Hassan Khan and also gave an appearance in his video for The Times Group, Times Music titled "Holi Khelan Aja Yaar". He was the Founder and HoD,Chemistry of the AIEEE academy 'Competition Island' along with co-founders Engineer Raj Kumar Sharma and Professor Nitin Grewal while in the third year of his college.

Getting surface interval after an hour long dive at Light house, Havelock Islands.

He is a Microlight Aircraft Pilot, possesses an Instructor grading in Powered paragliding or Paramotor and is also a certified Rescue Diver from Professional Association of Diving Instructors.
