Sarah Polk Fall is considered the unofficially adopted daughter to First Lady Sarah Polk.(She fostered Mrs. Fall, "Sallie" nearly her entire life.)

This portrait of Mrs. Fall is by Mayna Treanor Avent

"Those who do not learn history are doomed to repeat it.'"

History has been a strong passion throughout my life.

My main edits are mainly finding images I can use for obscure historic figures.
