School
I am in school from 7:50 AM to 4:00 PM EST on weekdays. During the school week, I usually do not edit Wikipedia after school, so you will rarely find me editing in the evening. If you are trying to contact me, I will most likely respond between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM EST on school days. I am generally much more active on weekends, holidays, conference days, snow days, and other days when my school district is closed.

Image 3Lieutenant-GeneralSir Adrian Paul Ghislain Carton de Wiart, VC,KBE,CB,CMG,DSO (/dəˈwaɪ.ərt/; 5 May 1880 – 5 June 1963) was an officer in the British Army. He was awarded the Victoria Cross, the highest military decoration awarded for valour "in the face of the enemy" in various Commonwealth countries. He served in the Boer War, First World War, and Second World War. He was shot in the face, head, stomach, ankle, leg, hip, and ear; was blinded in his left eye; survived two plane crashes; tunnelled out of a prisoner-of-war camp; and tore off his own fingers when a doctor declined to amputate them. Describing his experiences in the First World War, he wrote, "Frankly, I had enjoyed the war." (Full article…)
Image 6The Voyager program is an American scientific program that employs two interstellar probes, Voyager 1 and Voyager 2. They were launched in 1977 to take advantage of a favorable alignment of the two gas giants Jupiter and Saturn and the ice giants, Uranus and Neptune, to fly near them while collecting data for transmission back to Earth. After launch, the decision was made to send Voyager 2 near Uranus and Neptune to collect data for transmission back to Earth. (Full article…)
Image 7Darwinism is a theory of biologicalevolution developed by the English naturalist Charles Darwin (1809–1882) and others, stating that all species of organisms arise and develop through the natural selection of small, inherited variations that increase the individual's ability to compete, survive, and reproduce. Also called Darwinian theory, it originally included the broad concepts of transmutation of species or of evolution which gained general scientific acceptance after Darwin published On the Origin of Species in 1859, including concepts which predated Darwin's theories. English biologist Thomas Henry Huxley coined the term Darwinism in April 1860. (Full article…)

Image 11The periodic table, also known as the periodic table of the elements, is an ordered arrangement of the chemical elements into rows ("periods") and columns ("groups"). It is an icon of chemistry and is widely used in physics and other sciences. It is a depiction of the periodic law, which states that when the elements are arranged in order of their atomic numbers an approximate recurrence of their properties is evident. The table is divided into four roughly rectangular areas called blocks. Elements in the same group tend to show similar chemical characteristics. (Full article…)

The records are a time capsule. (Full article…)
Image 15Enceladus is the sixth-largest moon of Saturn and the 19th-largest in the Solar System. It is about 500 kilometers (310 miles) in diameter, about a tenth of that of Saturn's largest moon, Titan. It is mostly covered by fresh, clean ice, making it one of the most reflective bodies of the Solar System. Consequently, its surface temperature at noon reaches only −198°C (75.1K; −324.4°F), far colder than a light-absorbing body would be. Despite its small size, Enceladus has a wide variety of surface features, ranging from old, heavily cratered regions to young, tectonically deformed terrain. (Full article…)
Image 17An exoplanet or extrasolar planet is a planet outside the Solar System. The first possible evidence of an exoplanet was noted in 1917 but was not then recognized as such. The first confirmation of the detection occurred in 1992. A different planet, first detected in 1988, was confirmed in 2003. The James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) is expected to discover more exoplanets, and to give more insight into their traits, such as their composition, environmental conditions, and potential for life. Image 18Biology is the scientific study of life. It is a natural science with a broad scope but has several unifying themes that tie it together as a single, coherent field. For instance, all organisms are made up of cells that process hereditary information encoded in genes, which can be transmitted to future generations. Another major theme is evolution, which explains the unity and diversity of life. (Full article…)
The Cassini–Huygens mission, the first spacecraft to orbit Saturn. It transformed our understanding of the Saturn system by studying the planet's atmosphere, rings, magnetosphere, and many of its moons in unprecedented detail. Even after its mission ended in 2017, the data it returned continues to support new discoveries.

My favorite video game is…
Roblox. I like it because of the huge amount of user-generated content that lets players create and explore almost anything. The freedom to try different experiences and the creative community around the game make it especially fun.
The 2007 television series The Big Bang Theory, created by Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady. I enjoy the show's humor and the way it brings together two completely different groups of people into one close group of friends, showing that genuine connection does not have limits.
The 1976 song "Peace of Mind" by Boston. It is one of my favorite songs because of its upbeat energy, strong guitar work, and lyrics about rejecting the corporate rat race and obsessive workplace competition in favor of personal balance and mental well-being.

My favorite movie is…
The 2014 film Interstellar, directed by Christopher Nolan. I love its stunning visual representations of the various planets and the enigmatic black hole. I also appreciate how it uses general relativity to show how fragile the experience of aging can be when time moves differently near massive objects. The film does a powerful job of portraying the dire consequences of ignoring climate change and the urgent need to care for our planet.

My favorite area of science is…
Outer space, the Solar System, and everything beyond. I am drawn to it because of its scale and the number of unanswered questions it still holds. Space science connects almost every major field — physics, chemistry, geology, biology, and engineering — into one vast subject that continues to expand our understanding of the universe.

My favorite planet is…
Saturn, the sixth planet from the Sun. I am drawn to its beautiful ring system, its complex family of moons, and the long history of its exploration. The Saturnian system feels like a miniature Solar System of its own. I would love to see more missions return to this system, especially after the end of the Cassini–Huygens mission in 2017.

Eunos MRT station is a Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the East–West Line (EWL) in Geylang, Singapore. Operated by SMRT Trains, the station is connected to the Eunos Bus Interchange and provides access to nearby landmarks such as the Masjid Darul Aman and the Mangala Vihara Buddhist Temple. Eunos appeared in plans for the initial MRT system in May1982, and construction of the station began in January 1986 under a joint venture between Oh Teck Thye and Okumura Corporation. Oh Teck Thye was placed under receivership in December1986, terminating the joint venture, with Okumura continuing the project alone. Eunos, along with nine other stations from Marina Bay to Tanah Merah, opened on 4November 1989. Platform screen doors were installed at Eunos in 2011. Unlike adjacent EWL elevated stations, which have domed roofs, Eunos has a traditional Malay roof. The station also has two murals as part of SMRT's heritage-themed Comic Connect public art display.
