I am a retired Software Engineer with a Master's degree in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Delaware.

I contribute to Wikipedia, Facebook, and the Internet Archive without any compensation, out of my interest in preserving the history of early computer technology and to teach newer generations about what came before. Nobody has ever paid me or compensated me in any way to contribute to Wikipedia, Facebook, or the Internet Archive.

I have an Amateur Extra class license from the FCC for ham radio.

I am a Volunteer Examiner and assist with administering FCC license exams for ham radio at sessions held by the Nashua Area Radio Society (N1FD) for the students in our classes. (Our classes and exam sessions are all given over the Internet.) That is also completely unpaid volunteer work.
