Template talk:Language alphabets
Add topicSections
[edit]Now the template has sections, just like those about phonologies, orthographies or grammars. My sandbox has a copy of this template – possibly in its archive when you're reading this. It can be used for experiments like further branching and possibly for making other templates. --Tarnoob (talk) 16:14, 5 October 2020 (UTC)
Italic
[edit]All the languages under the Italic section fall under the Romance language family, so why are they referred to as Italic? Great Mercian (talk) 15:55, 28 May 2024 (UTC)
- As Latin is also listed, and Latin is not a "Romance language" per se, and instead an Italic language, they are listed under that name. Luckily, the Romance languages are also Italic languages by extension, so it works out well.

Template:Language alphabets → Template:Alphabets navbox – This or something similar, it's a very clunky name IMO and could be more descriptive. Okkirae∤(䆿±䋚) 23:00, 30 October 2026 (UTC)
