Article	Status	Notes

Template documentationviewedithistorypurge

{{AIC article list}} and {{AIC article row}} are used together to create subpages containing lists of articles in need of cleanup at Wikipedia:AI noticeboard.

Usage

{{AIC article list}} is used to contain multiple {{AIC article row}} templates.

Each row corresponds to an article needing review, |article= or the first parameter is the article title, |status= or the second parameter is status, and |notes= or the third parameter is optional notes.

All rows should be included in the first parameter of the list template, with each row on a separate line:

{{AIC article list|
{{AIC article row|article=Example1|status=completed|notes=Also "c"}}
{{AIC article row|article=Example2|status=ongoing|notes=Also "o"}}
{{AIC article row|article=Example3|status=unnecessary|notes=Also "u" or "unneeded"}}
{{AIC article row|article=Example4|status=requested|notes=Also "to do", or "td"}}
{{AIC article row|article=Example5|status=tagged|notes=Also "tg", or "tag"}}
{{AIC article row|article=Example6|status=|notes=An empty status defaults to "to do"}}
{{AIC article row|article=Example7|status=foo|notes=Any other status is shown as unknown}}
}}

Article	Status	Notes
Example1 (hist)	Y Completed	Also "c"
Example2 (hist)	clock Ongoing	Also "o"
Example3 (hist)	N Unnecessary	Also "u" or "unneeded"
Example4 (hist)	To do	Also "to do", or "td"
Example5 (hist)	Yg Tagged	Also "tg", or "tag"
Example6 (hist)	To do	An empty status defaults to "to do"
Example7 (hist)	? Unknown status	Any other status is shown as unknown

All available statuses for rows are documented in the above table, and all statuses used by {{AIC status}} (completed, ongoing, unnecessary, requested) are valid.

If at least one row is marked as "to do" or "in progress", the page will be categorized into Category:AI noticeboard open cleanup cases.

{{AIC status}} is used to create tracking hatnotes in reports at Wikipedia:AI noticeboard, and can automatically track the cleanup progress of subpages that use these list and row templates.
