Is also used for liberal zionism. The cancel culture of the Right when people are critical of Israel and end up cancelled. That is also called Woke right. Inayity (talk) 17:57, 9 December 2025 (UTC)Reply
Not done. I checked, and the BLM protests talked about on this page were indeed in the teens, although of course there have also beem protests in this decade. --Tryptofish (talk) 18:09, 28 August 2026 (UTC)Reply

@Tryptofish: I feel like this edit doesn't accurately capture the conclusion of the paper which states. "Republicans are more likely to identify items on the list as “woke” if they are implicitly associated with the Democratic Party". The paper also doesn't discuss emotional salience. ◦ Sibshops (talk) 22:45, 12 October 2026 (UTC)Reply
I think that you're right, thanks. I misinterpreted the way the source refers to "salience". The reason that I felt the need to revise it was that "Republicans associated it more strongly with positions aligned with the Democratic Party" seemed confusing to me, because why would Republicans be adopting Democratic positions? Just now, I changed it to this: , which I think avoids the confusion. Is this better from your perspective? --Tryptofish (talk) 23:39, 12 October 2026 (UTC)Reply
