Shouldn't this article go by the official name of the band, "United States Military Academy Band"? "West Point Band" is a very unofficial name. The USMA is only known colloquially as "West Point."

I know we're supposed to be bold and edit, so unless there's some yelling and screaming in the streets, I will go ahead and change the name soon. SkepticalRaptor (talk) 18:21, 24 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

1871 performance for Alexis

Currently the article shows an 1871 performance for "Prince Alexis". According to newspaper reports, they performed for Grand Duke Alexei Alexandrovich of Russia.

By way of clarification, there is a difference in titles used for royalty, such that Alexis would have been deemed a "prince" using western European nomenclature.
