Add "Not to be confused with Aerosmith bassist Tom Hamilton?"

on the Aerosmith bassist's article, there's a disclaimer at the top with hyperlink to this page that says "not be to be confused with jam band musician Tom Hamilton Jr." Should this page not also have a disclaimer redirecting the other way to the Aerosmith bassist's page? Because outside of this article, he's simply referred to as "Tom Hamilton" on other Wikipedia articles that mention him such as the article for Joe Russo's Almost Dead (of which Tom is a member) RyanConnell5150 (talk) 15:01, 14 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
