The transcription of the name that is given in the article (labeled "ALA-LC") as Ṭayy’, which is impossible. That would correspond to طَيّْء . If the name is طَيّ the transcription is Ṭayy and if the name is طَيِّء the transcription is Ṭayyi’ and if the name is طَيْء the transcription is Ṭay’.
