Springbank Island versus Springbank Property
[edit]Except for the first paragraph, this article seems to be almost exclusively about the original Springbank Property that existed before Canberra. It contains none of the present day details of Springbank Island which is what I was looking for - ie area, flora and fauna, any buildings, access, useage etc. The two items are really not related except the name of the much larger original property gave its name to the later small man made island. I believe this article should be split into two articles - obviously with cross reference to each other. Tiddy (talk) 07:46, 4 August 2009 (UTC)
- Could not agree more. This article needs much work. I've started by adding sections and cleaning up a little; but it's all focused on the property. It looks like a family member's personal history project. Rangasyd (talk) 04:37, 17 February 2013 (UTC)
- Springbank Island was the site of a major Splinters Theatre of Spectacle production in the 1980s or early 1990s. ~2026-46530-08 (talk) 10:51, 25 August 2026 (UTC)
