Blood clots in lungs?
[edit]Once upon a time, the state radio in New Zealand had somone say that a sense of impending doom was one of the known effects of obstructions of blood flow in the lungs, which I think were called 'pulmonary embolism', but I'm less sure of the last bit. If this is corect and someone has a good reference for it, then it should be added to the article.
