Suggestion: Add 2023 restoration and reuse section

Hi,

I suggest adding a section about the 2023 restoration of Rami Barracks led by architect Han Tümertekin. The project focused on minimal intervention and reusing the space as a cultural facility. The restored building now includes study rooms, exhibition spaces, and a 51 km archive.
