Bad/questionable quality image

[edit]

An image with the caption "Herman and Chomsky's 5 filters of Propaganda Model", showing a garden(?) with 5 circles (that appears to have been drawn in MS Paint) placed sideways on the image, correlating with the propaganda model. Are there any pictures available that convey this better, like please? Mormissen (talk) 06:06, 29 April 2025 (UTC)Reply

There is an abundance of sources

[edit]

Someone bureaucratically removed two sections of the five-filter model in this article, despite there being an abundance of sources available, including the Manufacturing Consent book itself for describing the key elements of the model. There were some problems in sourcing in the original text (which is ironical, given the topic of the article), and more work is still needed. There are also plenty of sources about updates. Let's see if we can improve the quality of this article and protect it against abuse, as Western mainstream media sources are a core WP:RS for Wikipedia, despite the five filters, because unreliable Western media and media in anocracies and autocracies are generally worse.
