I had added it, then it was removed because the source I had provided did not directly mention the emblem, only the statement. If you can find a better source feel free to contribute to the article. Relating to the membership requirements, General Grand Chapter's Resolution 42, which is linked to from the front page of their website, describes the change to where membership for women now includes an option for membership by sponsorship.
