  - Currently a difficult task due to the lack of consensus in the greater community over an accurate chronology, but definitely something to keep coming back to
  - In the meanwhile: it’s a good policy to have a survey of dates from sources in articles about time periods; for smaller mentions (ex. at the start of “Atenism under Akhenaten” here: “Amenhotep IV, the son of Amenhotep III, was crowned king c. 1353 BC.”) circa is your best friend
- Discussion
  - Creating a separate article for Predynastic Egypt from Prehistoric Egypt starting with the Badarian culture where many overviews begin
- Data sorting
  - Looking through sources for quotes and data that can be added to relevant articles

Old Nubian ≠ Coptic

Old Nubian is not written in a form of Coptic!! Prof. G. Browne the most accredited scholar in Old Nubian insists that the characters used by old Nubian where thoses prevalant at thoses times..A s such Greek,Coptic and Old Nubian used the same...

Language or languages?

Especially when including the rather distinct Hill Nubian cluster, I think it doesn't make much sense to speak of the Nubian language. If no-one objects, I'll move this article to Nubian languages tomorrow. — mark ✎ 01:22, 8 Jan 2005 (UTC)

...and any help in subsequently fixing the thirteen links to Nubian language (i.e. making them point to the plural form instead) would of course be truly appreciated... :) — mark ✎ 01:33, 8 Jan 2005 (UTC)

Ah, forgot this one. Just completed the move, fixed the redirects. Thirteen redirects are not that many now that Wikipedia is returning to a decent speed. — mark ✎ 20:20, 26 Jan 2005 (UTC)
