Is the latest edit promotional?

It describes that the OpenAI partnership will "accelerate productivity" and "improve customer service experience." Both sound promotional, and my understanding is consumers generally dislike AI support bots, so the premise isn't even true. 172.56.13.244 (talk) 13:18, 17 March 2025 (UTC)Reply
