Criteria for inclusion on list

I propose that we formulate a set of criteria for inclusion of programmes in the list. I suggest the following to begin with:

Programme is active/currently or usually available.
Programme is at a recognised university.
Programme is called "Master of Professional Studies".
The specialisation of the prgramme is discernable.
