Britannica has September 3, 1813. Timothy Hopkins' book has September 1, 1813 (several times). I'm inclined to think the latter is more likely given that Timothy Hopkins was raised by Mark and his wife. Thoughts? Erp (talk) 04:34, 25 November 2025 (UTC)Reply
Just to let you know, I do not think you will get a reply. His page here said his year of birth was 1814 until just recently and no one bothered to correct it despite every other place saying it was 1813.
