"115 Charges" progress to September 2025

I have added a cite to the article by Norton Rose Fulbright on progress in the ongoing independent tribunal, whose hearings took place in the autumn of 2024. They propose a radically different understanding of how this tribunal has been constituted from that in the cited Sky article; in that they assert that the current process is not an 'independent commission' under the Premier League disciplinary rules, but an 'arbitral tribunal' under the Arbitration Act 1996. Since neither the Premier League nor the independent tribunal has made any public announcements since February 2023 - other than to confirm that the entire process is confidential and nothing further should be expected to be stated until a final award is made - either understanding is entirely possible. @EvenLeoEme: that's not quite what the cited BBC source states. I get that they did win the Premier League, FA Cup, EFL Cup and the Community Shield, however the Shield is not commonly counted towards a treble/quadruple. The BBC source cited there states that they've won a domestic treble. Therefore I'm changing the text to the following:

...in 2018–19 became the first English men's team to win a domestic treble, claiming the three main domestic trophies as well as the Community Shield.

That's at least better formulated as before it said

It is in this https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/7049721/2026/ article, which the very main info of I've added to the article. A few other reliable news sources say the same, but Sky Sports News, BBC, Guardian aren't mentioning it. You'd think if this was 100% they'd be saying it by now, strange.
