I work with Mae Stephens' management team and have disclosed my conflict of interest on my user page. I would like to request an update to the Career section, which currently contains very little information about Stephens' career following the release of "If We Ever Broke Up". I am proposing changes here rather than editing the article directly because of my connection to the subject.

Following the success of "If We Ever Broke Up", Stephens expanded her live career during 2023, supporting P!nk and BLACKPINK at BST Hyde Park and appearing at festivals including Glastonbury, Latitude, TRNSMT, Wilderness and Reading & Leeds. Music Week also reported that Stephens had signed to EMI. In 2024, Stephens released "ADHD" and "Small Town Syndrome". Her debut EP, Securely Insecure, was released on 2 August 2024. The Line of Best Fit reported that the EP explored identity, trauma, self-discovery, bullying and the search for authenticity.
