Added biographical information his postwar life and death, interment (and reinterment.) The dates of his US Senate service come from "Congressional Quarterly's Guide to U.S. Elections". Added a link to the official US Congressional biography. Nhprman 08:19, 1 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

I want to note that with my recent additions, I believe this article is no longer a "stub," but a full article. Can this designation be removed? I'm unsure of the protocol to ask for this to occur. Nhprman 15:53, 2 January 2006 (UTC)Reply
