Funk vs. Disco
[edit]The description for this article labels Instant Funk as a disco band, but they are a funk band. Disco and funk are not synonymous – they're two separate genres that share some elements. Despite Instant Funk having some songs with disco elements (which was the case for lots of funk from the same era), the vast majority of their catalog is clearly funk. I think the article should classify them as a funk band. Squidbe (talk) 00:22, 26 January 2025 (UTC)
