Comment: I can see that there is a potential article here, and I can see that the House of Karta exists in historical literature. I can see it would be really good to have an article on the subject too. The problem here is that both the material and the sources are not yet strong enough for an article, it doesn't meet the notability threshold (see WP:GNG) and the content is not yet encyclopedic in content. So compare this with say House of Scindia, which is not a perfect article but is more academically based and with stronger sources. Whereas the Karta article has some cultural features which are not part of the House of Karta as such. So some further work is needed, some overview of the House over history and some sources to back it up. It may well be that the best sources are offline (so in libraries).
