Notability and possible rename

1. I would say the additional sources in the article show that the article fulfills the notability guidelines. If no one disagrees, we can remove the banner.
2. Most of the coverage seems to be about the OX truck and OX delivers instead of the Global Vehicle Trust. Maybe it would be better to rename the article. But I am not sure how this is typically handled.
