I thought since government data was public domain, it was ok. I did link to the site. I have some other articles with the same format, grabbed from government fact sheets, so let me know if it's not ok. I'll be sure to fix. --Anna nym (talk) 17:56, 13 July 2012 (UTC)Reply

Yes that's how I feel as well. I was asking for the opinion of another editor perhaps more familiar. Regardless, public domain is public domain, and we can copy-and-paste (and then edit) as much as we feel like. Wikipedia:Plagarism – This article describes how Wikipedia handles plagarism. In this case because the source is US Government, rather than a hard-working author who will get annoyed that Wikipedia is copying, I think it is OK.
