I am Florian Bollen, the subject of this article. I will not directly edit the page but request corrections in accordance with WP:BLP.
Issue 1 – Misrepresentation of Prosecutorial Status
The article states that I was a suspect in a Berlin investigation.
However, the cited Tagesspiegel source explicitly states:
“However, only Waiser now has to answer for this… Waiser’s former colleagues Stephan Matter and Florian Bollen do not have to appear in court.”
This indicates that I was not required to stand trial.
Under WP:BLP, implying criminal suspicion without precise sourcing is inappropriate.
I request:
• Removal of the term “suspect”, or
• Clarification that no charges were filed and no court appearance was required.
Issue 2 – Alleged Business Ties
The article implies business ties to sanctioned individuals.
The cited source reports that such claims were denied and does not provide evidence of verified business dealings.
Under WP:BLP and WP:UNDUE, serious allegations must be clearly substantiated.
