Hi, does anyone know whether the Dorset knob has protected geographic status or can they be made anywhere and sold them as Dorset knobs? Thank you Skalkolvo (talk) 22:21, 6 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

They're not protected, although in 2022 there was the beginning of a campaign to gain such status for them.

But really they're only interesting if they're from Dorset. It's unlikely that they'd gain much interest on taste grounds, if copied elsewhere. Andy Dingley (talk) 23:40, 6 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
