FCC Blackout, anyone know what this means?

Latest comment: 19 years ago1 comment1 person in discussion

In my area, Springfield VA, the Discovery Health Channel, channel 74 through Cox Communications, has been blacked-out. The screen is black with the following message: "BLACKOUT FCC RULES MANDATE THAT THIS PROGRAM BE BLACKED-OUT IN YOUR AREA". Has anyone seen this before, or know anything about it? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.108.187.191 (talk) 01:56, 29 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
