[edit]I could not locate anywhere verifiable and reliable source for a 'Diocese of Macedonia'. Please provide historical references, relevant contemporary quotes, etc. That would be most appreciated! Politis (talk) 15:33, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
- Really? It should be mentioned, or at least included in a map, in any book concerning the later Roman/early Byzantine Empire... Check out the Notitia Dignitatum for a primary source, or search Google Books for scholarly works... Cheers, Constantine ✍ 18:01, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
That's great Constantine (so you are the one who 'nicked' my first choice of user name). All further information welcome. Politis (talk) 13:25, 17 July 2008 (UTC)
OK, I agree. But I suggest you include the Notitia reference in the article, just to give it some backbone in case someone else like me comes across it. Also, this article probably needs expanding. Politis (talk) 17:32, 17 July 2008 (UTC)
