[edit]Does anyone have an image that is suitable for this page? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ausbasketvic (talk • contribs) 06:49, 7 March 2021 (UTC)
- @Ausbasketvic: Unless you take one of him yourself, it's unlikely there will be a free image out there. DaHuzyBru (talk) 07:26, 7 March 2021 (UTC)
- @DaHuzyBru: Yeah I am having trouble adding images to pages I have authored or contributed significantly to. I have photos I have taken myself, is that all it takes? They have never been shared, but how do I prove authenticity? Any insight is appreciated, thanks. Ausbasketvic (talk) 03:10, 8 March 2021 (UTC)
- Upload them via Wiki Commons. If you upload images that you have taken from a camera or phone, the metadata that is associated with the image is the best way for proof of origin i.e. see one of my images here and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Images without metadata are often signs of non-free content or a dubious upload. DaHuzyBru (talk) 09:40, 8 March 2021 (UTC)
- @DaHuzyBru: Thanks! That helped a lot, cheers mate. Ausbasketvic (talk) 23:24, 10 March 2021 (UTC)
