Ownership

[edit]

Gamma keeps appearing as the parent company, but doesn't Snoop Dogg still own Death Row?

Gamma bought a stake of the catalog, but that doesn't mean they own the company. Or...? WolfmanFP (talk) 03:58, 5 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

The answer to my own question: as of 2024, Snoop Dogg still owns the label with Michael 'Harry-O' Harris.

That means gamma shouldn’t be listed as Maybach Music Group’s parent company either because they have a partnership with gamma as well. Orlandus 426 (talk) 19:15, 10 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

Warren G and RBX

[edit]

Many of these artists (Soopafly, The Lady of Rage, RBX, Warren G, and The D.O.C.) have not signed to Death Row as of 2024, which is stated on the Wiki. Warren G has never signed to Death Row and owns his own Label Record, RBX has also never signed to Death Row due to complications with his contract. The D.O.C. and Rage have also retired so why would they join the record label again? Angelr2400 (talk) 22:37, 29 January 2025 (UTC)Reply
