Tickets sold
[edit]The math isn't adding up, the number of tickets sold for each show based on our reports adds up to 4 million. Especially with every show was sold out. Yet it only says 3.5 million tickets sold across the tour. That's a gap of 500,000 tickets yet none of the shows went unsold Never17 (talk) 06:09, 21 February 2025 (UTC)
- Can you provide reliable sources to support the claim of 4 million ticket sales? TheWikiholic (talk) 02:46, 1 July 2025 (UTC)
- The Average attendance of the tour was 57,000 people per show, that adds up to approximately 3,933,000 tickets sold. Michael Jackson's estate supports this as they report "Nearly 4 million people attended" which would logically be in the ballpark of 3.8 to 3.9 million tickets within a margin of error. - Michael Jackson's website is not enough for inclusion of this statement. Third-party, published reliable sources such as news sites are preferred for this case. Until a secondary source is provided, then we should stick to the source(s) provided currently. HorrorLover555 (talk) 19:48, 9 August 2025 (UTC)
- What i found is
- "Over 3.5 Million people" - London Theater
- "Over 3.5 Million people" - Apple TV
- "Four Million people" - Michael Jackson: All The Songs (Historian)
- "3.5 Million people from 67 concerts" - Michael Jackson: The King of Pop (Historian)
- Every book i found outside of a few cite 3.5M from 67 concerts, meaning they are not accounting for the other shows, that along with under reporting some attendance figures like Bucharest. Which is why the discrepancy is the way it is. Never17 (talk) 22:28, 9 August 2025 (UTC)

Costume Designers
[edit]I don't know how to add this. In lovely book put out by Michael Bush about Michael's costumes he said he and Dennis were Michael's costume designers for all 3 of his world tours. An important and meticulous part of M's show. If someone can add this, would appreciate. I copied it from History tour:
Costumes designed by: Dennis Tompkins & Michael Bush AlisonDennis (talk) 12:05, 15 August 2025 (UTC)
