Information on the page does not met the reasonable expectation of privacy standard. The subject in question maintains a clear distinction between their public persona and professional life - while reference is made to their profession in drag spaces, no links are identifiably made to their professional registration. Subject has stated in numerous public pieces the risks to safety associated with these links, so it remains a reasonable inference that they object to a direct linking of full legal name and sourcing that includes their contact information and postal address. Their full name and date of birth have not been widely published by reliable sources, and sources published by or linked to the subject actively avoid direct links being made public.
