Addressing multiple issue tags (Lead rewrite, Original research, Copyedit)

Latest comment: 2 months ago3 comments1 person in discussion

Hello! I am currently working on a major cleanup of this article to address the maintenance tags at the top. My planned changes include:

Rewriting the lead to better summarize the entire article and removing the outdated 1981–2000 statistics from the intro.
Removing the circular reference (Wikipedia citing itself) in the Finance section.
Copyediting for tone and fixing grammatical errors.
Adding a more global perspective to the Hospitals section.

I'll be making these updates over the next few hours. Feedback is welcome! Nefitty2 (talk) 15:17, 4 August 2026 (UTC)Reply

I have rewritten the lead section to summarize the article's core topics and removed the {{Lead rewrite}} tag. Nefitty2 (talk) 15:34, 4 August 2026 (UTC)Reply

Update: I have completed my initial round of cleanup and removed the remaining {{Copyedit}} and {{Original research}} maintenance tags. Nefitty2 (talk) 19:36, 4 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
