Nearly identical to the feature hashing?
[edit]A statement "X is nearly identical to Y" is quite strong and requires a source that states just that (the sameness). As-is, the reference simply points to an article describing Y, which is obviously insufficient. A better source is needed. For the avoidance of doubt, I have no opinion on the similarity itself.
